About the Role:

As the Marketing Executive, your role is to create and execute ground-breaking marketing programs to attract new audiences and bring the Anghami brand closer to current and potential customers. You will build strong partnerships with international labels and talented artists to elevate Anghami’s presence in the MENA music industry.

As an ideal candidate, you live and breathe music! You know the rising music trends in the MENA region and you know how to promote hits in-app and on social media.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage talent programs and grow them in-app, on social media and offline.
  • Create and launch new artist programs and creative concepts that reinforce Anghami’s role in growing talents.
  • Monitor music release timelines and communicate the marketing plans of releases internally across relevant teams.
  • Conduct research to identify potential trends and hits in the MENA music industry in different markets.
  • Collaborate with content, social media, digital, production, and creative to implement content strategies for international music.
  • Partner with labels and artists to promote content and drive traffic to the app.
  • Schedule and launch in-app promotions for music releases that are relevant to the MENA region.
  • Monitor songs performance and produce analytical reports to share with the relevant stakeholders internally and externally.

About You:

  • 1-3+ years of experience in the music or entertainment industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of Arabic and International music in the MENA region and among the Arab diaspora.
  • Passion for digital media and social media marketing
  • Languages: fluent in Arabic and English
  • Proficiency in creating presentations and spreadsheets.
  • You are a self-learner and a team player.
  • You are self-driven and have an adaptable mindset: we value people who take ownership of their roles, learn on the go, and inspire others.
